2027 World's Championship Bar-B-Que Contest Application
APPLICATION GUIDELINES:
All applications must be received by July 31, 2026. Applications must be submitted annually. Please do not send money -- there are no fees or deposits due with this application. Information about the Contest can be found in the World's Championship Bar-B-Que Team Handbook & Contest Rules, available online at http://www.rodeohouston.com/Get-Involved/Competitors/Bar-B-Que-Contest.

Each team must have a registered owner, which may be an individual or a company. Individual- and company-owned teams are provided a one-time opportunity, at the time of their first participation in the Contest, to declare the team's registered owner. The registered owner is responsible for the financial and logistical operations of the team space and all actions of team members and guests within or outside the team's assigned space. The registered owner will receive the annual invitation to participate in the Contest.

APPLICATION TERMS/AGREEMENT:
Should space be available and an entry offered by the Show, the applicant agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo™ as stipulated in the World's Championship Bar-B-Que Contest Rules. The applicant further understands that this is an application and not a space agreement. By submitting this online application, you authorize the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo to secure information concerning any of the facts below and allow third parties to furnish such information to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
